It’s Mardi Gras, or for those of Polish descent, Paczki Day! For those of you in the country who live without a significant Polish sector (like me), jelly donuts will do. I’m a pretty straight-edge guy, so the Mardi Gras bacchanalia does nothing for me. But who hates a good jelly donut? Who, I ask?
